Refund policy

Every RORA piece is made to order according to the size selected at checkout. Since each garment is individually crafted for you, we encourage you to carefully review our size guide before placing your order.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, all purchases are final and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Please note: All orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once placed.
